If it's immediately after then we might do ourselves a favour, but if this is long term we're making our opponents feel personally attacked in ways they may remember for the next trial.
I'm not against it, I just want to make sure we're not painting a bigger target on our back then necessary.
Mnnngh, that's reasonable, but I don't think it's unreasonable for us to toss this card on that guy in this circumstance. Who'd reward that kinda attitude?
