Obviously. But we could accomplish that by playing the cards randomly. Stacking punishments on one person we don't like or rewards on one person we do. So when you say 'effective', what do you mean?
I mean matching punishments to people who'd be most affected by them! Like you cast a slow spell on the fastest characters so it brings the overall speed down, right? There's no point casting slow on someone average unless they're the healer, or on the slowest person.
If it's immediately after then we might do ourselves a favour, but if this is long term we're making our opponents feel personally attacked in ways they may remember for the next trial.
I'm not against it, I just want to make sure we're not painting a bigger target on our back then necessary.
Mnnngh, that's reasonable, but I don't think it's unreasonable for us to toss this card on that guy in this circumstance. Who'd reward that kinda attitude?
